FULL SERVICE DESIGN
This is our most hands on service offering support from start to finish. From initial floor plans to complete styling and installation. There are six phases within this service and we take care of everything: layouts, lighting, joinery, sourcing, design coordination along side the project manager/general contractor and final styling. You get a finished home that works as beautifully as it looks.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?
Full service design varies from project to project but always starts with an initial paid design consultation. It is a focused creative meeting where we explore your goals and aspirations for your home. Look at the space and guide you onto the best next step.
From here we pull together a detailed fee proposal based on everything discussed in the consultation.
I work this way because every home. family and project is different, and the most important work happens at the beginning, before decisions are made or money is spent in the wrong places.
RENOVATION PLANNING
Starting with renovation planning and interior architecture, which is where we work on ensuring your floor plans work and the flow is good between rooms. We will also create initial lighting and electrical plans so that contractor quotes are more accurate
PHASE ONE
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In this phase we will create the overall look and feel for each room, complete sourcing for hard finishes such as flooring, paint, sanitary ware, tiles and ironmongery so that we have a good foundation to build from

PHASE TWO
DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
During this phase we complete all design documentation and technical drawings which includes 3D visuals, joinery plans, final electrical and lighting plans, plumbing plans, bathroom elevations and tile plans
PHASE THREE
sOURCING & PROCUREMENT
Once the design is complete we can start procurement and sourcing for all furniture and styling. We liaise with retailers and suppliers to raise invoices and share our trade discount directly with you
PHASE FOUR
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Phase five is when the build begins and the trades start on site. This is when design management begins. We will keep updated with site progress and make necessary site visits to ensure the design is being executed as planned working alongside contractors
PHASE FIVE
STYLE & PHOTOGRAPH
We’re now at end of the project. At this point we will source and install all styling and arrange a professional photoshoot of the property. For those that are not living in the property we can arrange this to coincide with move in day for a full reveal moment
